DEVIL MAY CRY 5 Getting Vinyl Release
Just a month-and-a-half after it was announced that the first two Resident Evil games would be getting their soundtracks released on vinyl, Capcom has another game to add to the list: Devil May Cry 5.
Featuring compositions by Casey Edwards, Cody Matthew Johnson, Jeff Rona, John R. Graham, Steven McNair, Kota Suzuki, Hiromitsu Maeba, and Yoshiya Terayama, the release will come on several different formats, including a 5xCD, 2xLP, and 4xLP deluxe edition. Pre-orders are already open at Laced Records.
“The world as we know it is falling apart after a sudden demonic invasion, and it’s up to Nero, Dante, and the mysterious V to team up and face the ultimate challenge.“
The Devil May Cry series began in 2001 and has since seen six entries, including Devil May Cry 5, that have sold over 17 million copies. The series expanded its universe with comic books, novels, an anime, and there are plans for an animated series from Adi Shankar, the man behind Netflix’s Castlevania.
