Go For That Fabled SSS Rank In Devil May Cry 3 With New Seamless Style System
Do you remember how Devil May Cry 5 let you switch between different styles as Dante? Well, now you can do that in Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition on the Switch.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, the trailer above should make it clear. As Dante, you can push a direction on the D-Pad to switch your stance. You start with 4 stances, but eventually unlock 2 more. “But wait!” You cry out, panic building in your trembling voice, “Six styles!? But there are only 4 buttons on the D-Pad! How can this madness exist without destroying the very fabric of time!?” Don’t worry, Capcom has found a way that doesn’t violate the laws of reality. When you unlock the new styles, you push the directional button twice to switch to it. Whew, almost lost reality there for a second.
There are two more additions coming to the Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition, which will be revealed on January 30th and February 13th. The game also comes with the 9,999 floor “Bloody Palace” and Vergil playable character. It’s coming to the Switch February 20th for just $19.99. As an added bonus, owners of the Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition will also get 50% off the Switch versions of Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2.
