Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights Enters Early Access
A bit of Early Access can always be good for a game’s development. Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is the latest game to hit it, combining a bit of metroidvania and souls-like gameplay.
In the game you’ll play as Lily, a woman who wakes up in a world that has been infected by the Deathly Rain. Anyone who steps into this rain becomes a horrible monster, but thankfully Lily is immune. While Lily has no way to fight against these monsters, she does have the ability to get their souls to follow her and assist her in both combat and traversal. Soon she’s collecting souls and doing combat with worse monsters.
The game is currently available in Early Access, with the plan for a full release sometime in the spring. You can play three of the game’s eight stages now, with more stages and features to be added later. If you’re charmed by the game’s art style, this seems like a good time to give it a shot, as the developers also note the price will rise once it’s out of Early Access.
