The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners Lets You Use Other Survivors As Bait
Oh hey, look at that. Another The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners BTS video! So far, we’ve already seen some great stuff for Saints & Sinners. We had the Podcast, the previous BTS videos, that awesome cinematic trailer, and of course the Unicorn backpack. At this point, Skydance has already taken my money. You can only take it once, guys. You can stop advertising. None of my friends have VR rigs, I can’t buy it for them too.
If you have VR and weren’t already sold on The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, maybe this new trailer will tip the scales. In it, the people at Skydance go into the details of what you’ll need to do to survive the zombie apocalypse. That doesn’t JUST include shooting survivors in the knees and using them as zombie bait. I mean, sure, that’s a big part of it. But you also have to eat. It’ll be up to you whether you want to scarf down what you find when you find it, or bring it back to your camp to craft healthier and safer meals.
As important as jambalaya is, you won’t just be able to craft food. You’ll also be able to craft a slew of deadly weapons ranging from reasonable to Mad Max raider wasteland shit. As you have a limited inventory, it’ll be up to you how much space you want to keep free and what you want to take back to your base with you. Supplies you find can be broken down into components, which are used to craft more items.
You won’t have to wait long to try it out yourself. The Walking Dead: Saints & SInners comes out on January 23rd for the HTC Vive, Valve Index, Occulus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality. You can pick it up for $39.99. You can find more information by clicking here for the Steam store page.
