Propagation: Paradise Hotel Opening for Business
WanadevStudio has announced a new VR title for their Propagation VR franchise. Titled Propagation: Paradise Hotel, it’s a new survival-horror adventure where the player explores dark, creepy environments and bump into creatures along the way.
Paradise Hotel came into being after Ragnaröck hit 350,000 downloads. Announced at the UploadVR Showcase 2021, the WanadevStudio team released an announcement trailer on their YouTube channel. They plan to release it at the end of 2022 and available on all major VR platforms. Naturally, you can Wishlist and follow the game on Steam to get the latest news.
Propagation VR currently sits at “Overwhelmingly Positive” on Steam, with 95% of the nearly 3100 reviews at time of writing positive. The base game is free, but players can play co-op for an additional $9.99 (or equivalent) fee. Taking place in an abandoned subway full of monsters, it offered a heart-pounding experience with bHaptics compatibility for deep immersion. Propagation: Paradise Hotel seems to draw on it, changing the setting but keeping the adrenaline-pumping tension. Whether it will include bHaptics at this point is uncertain, so be sure to check back with the game frequently as WanadevStudio releases more information. If you have a VR headset and some time to spare, go ahead and give the free game some love on its Steam page.
WanadevStudio is an indie VR studio based out of the city of Lyon, France. The success of multiplayer rhythm VR game Ragnaröck has the team eager to repeat its success with Propagation: Paradise Hotel. They will both develop and publish Paradise Hotel when it releases late next year.
