Dying Light 2 DLC Bloody Ties Out in October
Dying Light 2 will receive its first major story DLC, Bloody Ties, later this year. Revealed at Gamescom, it will bring the fiercest fighters in the land to Carnage Hall. It will be available worldwide on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox versions of the game starting October 13. A trailer accompanied the announcement, as you might expect.
Included are new quests and challenges, arena fights, new weapon fights, and more. A community update, released for free on PCs today, adds new quality of life and requested features. These include improvements to infected nighttime behavior, higher spawn rates of special infected, and color grading presets that bring to mind the 2019 E3 gameplay trailer. Co-op and PlayStation 5 balanced modes will see some technical improvements as well. Look forward to the console update in the near future.
In Bloody Ties, players travel to Carnage Hall. An ancient opera building, it’s stuffed full of challenges and quests, new types of weapons, new character interactions, and other things to discover. Pre-orders acquire the Aristocrat Pack, available September 6, which comes with an exclusive weapon and outfit.
